How to enable or disable USB Ports Or Drives through regedit :- USB Drive is a common input storage device which is generally use for less data transfer or moving purpose, but these time its also become a part of our professional life.USB flash drives are often used for the same purposes for which floppy disks or CDs were once used, i.e., for storage, data back-up and transfer of computer files. They are smaller, faster, have thousands of times more capacity, and are more durable and reliable because they have no moving parts.

A USB flash drive, also commonly known as a USB drive, USB stick, USB key, USB, and a variety of other names  is a data storage device that includes flash memory with an integrated USB interface. USB flash drives are typically removable and re-writable, and physically much smaller than an optical disc.

Use the Following instruction to Enable and Disable USB Port Via Registry

1.Go to Run pressing Windows Key + R

2.Expend the Registry 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\UsbStor

3.  In the right pane, double-click Start.
4.  In the Value data box, type 4 click Hexadecimal (if it is not already selected), and then click OK.
5. Quit Registry Editor.

and

6. In the Value data box, type 3 for enable usb port, click Hexadecimal (if it is not already selected), and then click OK.
